- Firstly, turn off your printer.
- Use your connected laptop or computer which has printer driver and click on start button.
- And look for Control Panel there and click over Administrative tools.
- Click on it and find the Services option column.
- This will open a new window in your system; scroll down the page and click on Print Spooler option.
- There choose the Stop button and minimize the current window.
- Next, open the printer software and Delete available corrupted files.
- Now, again go back to the Print Spooler tab and hit the Start icon.
- Turn on your printer and command it to print randomly or something from the queue.
